Actions may include temporary suspensions, permanent bans, or removal from the community, depending on the severity of the offense.
Player Conduct:
- Respectful Behaviour: All members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and align with the core values of the CRP community.
- Prohibited Actions: Inappropriate, destructive, malicious, or disruptive behaviour is strictly prohibited and will be dealt with swiftly to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Enforcement Policy
- Rule Violations and Disciplinary Action: Any violation of server rules may result in disciplinary action. The CRP administrative team has full discretion in enforcing these rules.
- Ban Appeals and Support:
- Appeals for bans can be submitted using the ban appeal form on our website in applications. Ban reductions or revocations will only be handled by the original banning admin or senior staff.
- Do not direct message staff for support or server-related questions. Use the ticket system for inquiries. If you are in-game, use the /report command to notify staff.
Serious Offenses:
- Immediate Permanent Bans: Offenses such as hacking, cheating, exploiting, excessive toxicity, malicious activity, or actions deemed detrimental to the community will result in an immediate permanent ban at the discretion of the staff or server leadership.
- Reporting Suspicious Behaviour: If you suspect another player is engaging in suspicious activity, report it immediately through the appropriate channels. Possession of suspicious or illegitimate items without reporting it will be treated as cheating and result in disciplinary action.
A1 - Verbal Conduct:
- OOC Targeting: All roleplay interactions and events must remain within the roleplay environment. Malicious behaviour targeting others outside of roleplay, such as through Discord or other platforms, is strictly forbidden. Examples include:
- Turning others against a player.
- Contacting someone to annoy, insult, or harass them.
- Spreading rumours to harm someone's reputation.
- Breaking Character & OOC Terms: Players must stay in character at all times. Do not break character or use information your character has not legitimately obtained through roleplay. Avoid using OOC (Out-of-Character) terminology or discussing elements your character shouldn't know.
- Harassment & Derogatory Language: Harassment and discriminatory behaviour are strictly prohibited. This includes:
- Targeted attacks beyond roleplay.
- Use of derogatory language, slurs, hate speech, or offensive remarks.
- Actions related to racism, homophobia, transphobia, cultural discrimination, or disrespect towards disabilities.
- Out of Character (OOC) Voice/Text
OOC chat is strictly for important and necessary communication. Misuse of OOC, including arguments, drama, or complaints, is not allowed. Prohibited Actions: Using OOC to argue, complain, or cause drama. Disrupting roleplay with unnecessary OOC messages. Consequences: Immediate kick without warning, logged in your TX record. Repeated offenses will result in a ban. If you have concerns about in-game incidents, open a ticket via
・create-a-ticket to report them properly.
A2 - Problematic Conduct:
- Trolling: Intentional disruption of roleplay to negatively impact the experience of others is not allowed. All actions should align with your character's motivations and contribute to the story, avoiding grieving or trolling behaviour.
- Loopholing & Rulebreak Baiting: Manipulating server rules for personal gain or taking them out of context is forbidden. If staff clarifies a rule, their interpretation is final. Encouraging others to break rules is also prohibited.
- Retaliatory Violations: Always resolve conflicts within roleplay. Retaliating by breaking rules because of another's misconduct is not acceptable. If a situation cannot be resolved, report it through the appropriate channels instead of escalating it further.
- Excessive Toxicity: Respect the player base and prioritize enjoyable, high-quality roleplay interactions. Avoid malicious actions intended to upset or annoy others. Examples of excessive toxicity include:
- Persistent hostility or insults.
- Intentional disruption of roleplay for personal vendettas.
- Actions meant solely to provoke or irritate others.
A3 - Character Conduct:
- Character Uniqueness & Effort: Your roleplay should be unique to each character you create. Roleplay is a collaborative experience, so focus on creating interactions that are enjoyable for others as well as yourself.
- Avoid blending character stories or using multiple characters to influence the same storyline.
- Value of Life: Your character must always value their life. If threatened with weapons or severe harm, fear must guide your actions.
- Compliance Rules:
- If held at gunpoint, comply with instructions unless you already have a weapon in hand and are not surrounded or outnumbered.
- Use common sense in all situations to ensure realistic roleplay within this category.
- Suicide Roleplay:
- Suicide roleplay is not permitted unless explicitly approved. To request approval, you must make a ticket and have it authorized by a Civ Director, management, or the owner.
- Approved suicide roleplay scenes mean the permanent death of your character. Once acted out, this character cannot be played again.
- If you proceed with suicide roleplay without prior approval, you will face penalties as outlined in the server guidelines.
- No Sexual Roleplay:
Sexual roleplay is strictly prohibited in any form on Concept Roleplay. The server aims to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment for all players. Engaging in explicit sexual content or activities, whether in private or public spaces, disrupts the immersion and enjoyment for others. This includes, but is not limited to, in-character sexual behavior, unsolicited advances, or explicit conversations. Players are encouraged to focus on developing their character’s storylines, relationships, and interactions in a respectful and appropriate manner. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate staff intervention, and repeated offenses may lead to further consequences.
- No Terrorist Roleplay:
Engaging in terrorist roleplay is strictly prohibited on Concept Roleplay. This includes any in-character actions or scenarios that involve terrorism, extremist ideologies, or violence intended to create widespread fear or harm. Such roleplay is not only inappropriate but also disruptive to the community, as it goes against the server's goal of providing a positive and immersive environment. Players should avoid creating or participating in storylines that promote hate, violence, or unlawful activities of this nature. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate disciplinary action, with severe consequences for repeat offenders.
- No Hitman Roleplay:
Hitman roleplay is prohibited on Concept Roleplay. Engaging in contract killings or playing a hired assassin creates unrealistic scenarios and disrupts the server's immersion. Players are encouraged to focus on more creative and story-driven conflicts. Any involvement in hitman roleplay will be reviewed by staff, with consequences for repeat offenses.
- No Addon Crosshairs
Using addon crosshairs is prohibited in Concept Roleplay. Weapons in the game already have their own sights in first-person, and relying on external crosshair addons gives an unrealistic advantage and disrupts immersion. This includes using crosshairs through apps, graphic effects, or displaying a crosshair directly on your monitor. If you are caught using an addon or external crosshair, staff will issue a warning. However, repeated use of addon crosshairs will result in a temporary ban. Please ensure you are only using the sights provided by the weapons in the game.
PVP Roleplay:
- Story-Driven Interactions: Roleplay interactions must not resemble player-versus-player (PVP) scenarios without valid, story-driven reasoning. Violence must be reasonable, thought out, and motivated by roleplay context.
- Prohibited Actions: Shooting or stabbing friends for fun is not allowed, as it violates the "value of life" rule.
Identification Rules:
- No Face = No Identification: Fully masked individuals cannot be identified. However, visible features such as voices, outfits, tattoos, and hairstyles can be used for assumptions.
- Body Cam & Evidence (3.5):
- Only physical body cams or handheld phone cameras can capture footage to be used as evidence in-character.
- Recorded footage can be destroyed with proper roleplay.
- Audio can be recorded during phone calls.
- CCTV footage exists if there is a physical camera in the area that would see that area.
- PED Character Rules (3.7):PED (Pedestrian) characters must follow additional rules depending on the type of PED being used:
- Animal PEDs: Cannot speak or use firearms.
- Smaller PEDs: Cannot shoot from vehicles.
- Specific restrictions may be imposed by server heads based on the PED’s nature.
A4 - Injury Conduct:
- Acting Injured: When downed, injured, or killed, you must portray the severity of your injuries realistically. Maintain immersion and avoid disrupting the experience for others.
- Speech Restrictions: You cannot talk while dead.
- Prohibited Actions: While receiving medical treatment on a scene, you can also do /health to check if you are pronounced dead and where you have been injured.
- New Life Rule: Upon death, you cannot remember events leading up to or occurring during your death.
- Exception: If you are not pronounced dead by the /health system, you may retain memory but could face memory loss due to the impact your body had taken.
- Scene Return:
- If downed in a hostile interaction, you cannot re-engage in the same scenario.
- After hospital treatment, you are considered injured and cannot initiate combat roleplay or return to the place of death for 30 minutes.
- Exception: Police may transport or process you from the hospital to the station if necessary.
A5 - Criminal Conduct:
- Hostages: Taking hostages must be treated as a serious, hostile interaction.
- Hostages must not be friends, associates, NPCs, or imaginary. Asking someone to willingly act as a hostage is discouraged.
- Robbing Others: Robbery must involve proper initiation and meaningful interaction.
- Repeatedly targeting the same player for robbery is considered griefing.
- Robbery should be a two-sided roleplay experience where both parties engage meaningfully. Leave the scene after the interaction and avoid harming the victim unless they provoke or threaten you.
- Crimboard Activity:
- Ambushing Law Enforcement: Setting traps for law enforcement at crimboard activity scenes is prohibited. Roleplay the scenario upon their arrival.
- Hostage Requirement: A hostage is required for crimboard activities.
- Cooldowns & Restrictions:
- Wait 10 minutes after escaping before changing your outfit.
- Restart Conduct: No criminal or violent roleplay can be initiated 10 minutes before or after a server restart. However, you may respond if engaged.
- Wrap up ongoing interactions orderly before the restart. Avoid initiating lengthy scenes when the 30-minute warning is announced.
- Green Zones:
- Designated Areas: The hospital and spawn point are neutral, protected areas where criminal activity is prohibited.
- Usage Limitations: Green zones cannot be used to escape roleplay and should be vacated promptly after treatment.
- Driving Conduct:
- Shooting out of an armored vehicle is prohibited.
- All driving must be realistic:
- No GTA driving.
- Avoid taking unrealistic jumps or large drops.
- Use appropriate vehicles for the terrain you are navigating.
- Reckless or unrealistic driving will be treated as not valuing life.
- Vehicle Speed Limit Enforcement: All vehicles on Concept Roleplay are capped at a maximum speed of 240 mph using a custom server-side script. This limit ensures fair gameplay and maintains balance among players.
- Realistic Speeds: Vehicles are configured with realistic speed limits based on their real-world counterparts, including those with highly modified parts.
- No Boosters or Exploits: Use of boosters, cheats, or any form of exploits to bypass the speed limit is strictly prohibited.
- Automatic Detection: Our script monitors all vehicle speeds. Exceeding 240 mph will trigger an automatic alert for potential rule violations.
- Consequences: Players found exceeding the speed limit through unauthorized means will face penalties, including warnings, temporary bans, or permanent removal from the server.
A6 - Law Enforcement, Medical Personnel & Business:
- Law Interactions & Cop Baiting:
- Refrain from actions designed to maliciously or foolishly provoke law enforcement. Do not bait officers into interactions.
- Treat law enforcement personnel with respect, remain vigilant in their presence, and act fearful when appropriate.
- Avoid hostile or violent confrontations over matters that can be resolved civilly. Prioritize fleeing over using lethal force when law enforcement intervenes in an interaction.
- If law enforcement cuffs you to a hospital bed or another location, you must roleplay as if you are restrained and unable to move.
- Hostage exchanges are only permitted in transit; they cannot occur at police stations or hospitals.
- Robbing Law Enforcement:
- At least five officers must be on duty to rob or kidnap law enforcement personnel.
- There must be a valid backstory or roleplay-driven reason to rob an officer.
- Robbing Emergency Services:
- Active EMS personnel cannot be robbed under any circumstances.
- Hostility Toward Medical Personnel:
- Physical or deadly force against on-duty EMS personnel is strictly prohibited.
- Do not kidnap or interfere with EMS personnel while they are responding to calls, providing medical care, or during patient transport.
- Corruption:
- Corruption within law enforcement, government, or EMS agencies is prohibited unless explicitly approved through a ticket by server leadership.
- Approved corruption must follow strict guidelines outlined by server leadership.
- Unauthorized distribution or sale of equipment to civilians is forbidden.
- High-End Vehicles Restricted in Sandy Shores
Vehicles valued over $200,000 are considered high-end and are not permitted to be driven around Sandy Shores. Due to the area’s portrayal as a low-income, rural town, driving luxury or excessively expensive vehicles through the region is considered unrealistic and disrupts immersion. Players are encouraged to drive vehicles more fitting to the area, such as off-road trucks, older sedans, or utility vehicles. Exemptions may be granted if the character has a specific reason to be in the area with such a vehicle, but this should be discussed with staff prior to use.
